Coaching packages

Book a package of either 6, 8 or 10 sessions so you can work towards your happiness and wellbeing goals. We will look at what you truly want, what you need to stay happy and well and create actions to get you there. If you are experiencing anxiety, have trauma in your past or high stress levels, this is still for you, we will look at ways to balance these. Coaching sessions are for children and adults.

Hi…

I am Catherine, or Cat for short. I worked for a long time in the performing arts, acting and teaching. I still teach now and love working with young people, building their confidence in acting and speaking in public. I then had children myself and moved into the realms of psychology. I find the whole subject of human behaviour fascinating and trained in Positive Psychology (MSc). It was a real light bulb moment for me, that I had often been chasing things that I thought would make me happy, but alas, they never did. I have continued to work with young people in schools, supporting those with traumatic starts in life, those with mental health worries and SEN. Coaching, mindfulness, positive psychology and trauma informed practice can help support anyone, young or older to get unstuck and transform to the life they want. I look forward to speaking with you.
